REACT (Re-Entry and Enhanced Alternatives to Custody Training) is an innovative, program-based detention facility providing incarcerated adults with opportunities to participate in educational, vocational, and alternative custody programs.

Visiting Information
You will need to create an account at JailATM.com. Video visitation accounts are reviewed and must be approved prior to being allowed to visit. Visiting is available when incarcerated persons have access to the tablets or kiosk. Please check with the person you want to visit to ensure the times they will available.
- No Visiting on Wednesdays
- Video visit week runs Saturday through Sunday. Each incarcerated person receives two (2) thirty (30) minute free visit each week.
- Additional visits are paid per minute.
