SOC2The responsibility for the overall administration of departmental operations and coordination of departmental activities lies within the Administrative Division. Inherent in the task is the responsibility of budgeting, procurement, planning, and personnel assignment. The Division continually strives to find effective ways to administer the affairs of the department and improve the structure and operating procedures of the organization.

Within the Administrative Division is the Personnel and Training section. It is responsible for the administration of over 600 employees.
