Public Safety Center Visitation

Inmates are encouraged to maintain relationships with family and friends. Visiting is scheduled on a regular basis, limited only by the physical and personnel constraints of the Stanislaus County Adult Detention Facilities.

Inmates will be allowed a minimum of two (2) thirty (30) minute visits per week to maintain relationships with family and friends.  The visiting week will start Thursday and end on Tuesday. There is no visitation allowed on Wednesdays.

Two visitors may visit an inmate at the same time, providing all visitors register together.  As a general rule, three children, under the age of 10 may visit with an adult and not be counted as a visitor.

You must fill out the INMATE VISITOR REQUEST FORM to receive approval for visiting an inmate.

If you are denied visitation privileges you may fill out the INMATE VISITOR APPEAL / APPROVAL FORM to request an appeal.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
