|Men's Jail Visitation|
Inmates are encouraged to maintain relationships with family and friends. Visiting is scheduled on a regular basis, limited only by the physical and personnel constraints of the Stanislaus County Adult Detention Facilities.
Inmates will be allowed a minimum of two (2) thirty (30) minute visits per week (Monday - Sunday, no visitation allowed on Wednesdays) to maintain relationships with family and friends.
You must fill out the INMATE VISITOR REQUEST FORM to receive approval for visiting an inmate.
If you are denied visitation privileges you may fill out the INMATE VISITOR APPEAL / APPROVAL FORM to request an appeal.
Regular visiting will be daily, except for Wednesdays.
Inmates may receive daily visits from their attorney or legal counsel as necessary. There are no restrictions as to the number of attorney visits they may have or their duration, with exception of the established visiting hours or during a declared emergency.
